I will be out of office from 4/18/2025-4/29/2025.

While I am gone if something comes up the following provider is available to call:

Luis Cajina, psychiatric NP, North Star Psychiatry, 929-732-6614

He will be available M-F 9am-5 pm or as his schedule allows for checking messages. He is available for telephonic management of side effects or questions about symptoms if needed.

For evaluation or a visit to discuss medication management I would like to warn you that Luis does not take all the same insurances that I do, so if his is able to do a virtual visit with you and bill through your insurance he can do so, but if he does not take your insurance the cost is $250 for a full consultation. Additionally, he will not have access to your records. He will be reporting to me any calls he gets and I will follow up as needed when I return.
